Shops are a 5-minute walk away, and Ciutadella's historic center is a 5-minute drive away. The bus stop is 2 minutes away. Mahón Airport is about 50 minutes away by car. Ground floor: open kitchen, living room, dining area, 2 small bedrooms with 2 single beds and large closets, 1 bathroom with bathtub/shower and toilet. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a double bed, dressing room, bathroom with shower and toilet, terrace with sea view.
